Intersections Dance Company

Intersections is a student-run dance organization that performs styles including but not limited to contemporary, ballet, modern, and jazz. It provides a more intensive dance experience for students seeking a high level of choreographic and performance opportunities. Experienced members of the company are expected to teach technique classes held twice a week and all members are required to attend at least one class per week. These classes are open to anyone in the Amherst community. All members are also expected to perform in showcases held at the end of each semester. Membership is by audition-only, which are held at the beginning of each semester.
